Instructions

  1. Hold dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing you.
  2. As you press up, rotate your palms to face forward.
  3. Fully extend your arms overhead.
  4. Reverse the rotation as you lower back down.
  5. This hits all three deltoid heads through the rotation.
