  1. Stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the band at shoulder height with palms facing forward.
  3. Press your hands overhead until arms are fully extended.
  4. Slowly lower back to shoulder height.
  5. Keep your core braced throughout the movement.
