Instructions

  1. Anchor a band low behind you and straddle it facing away.
  2. Hold the band between your legs with both hands.
  3. Hinge at the hips, letting the band pull your hands back between your legs.
  4. Drive your hips forward to stand tall, squeezing your glutes.
  5. Keep arms straight — the movement comes from the hips.
