- Anchor a band low behind you and straddle it facing away.
- Hold the band between your legs with both hands.
- Hinge at the hips, letting the band pull your hands back between your legs.
- Drive your hips forward to stand tall, squeezing your glutes.
- Keep arms straight — the movement comes from the hips.
