  1. Sit or stand holding dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing forward.
  2. Press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Slowly lower back to shoulder height.
  4. Keep your core engaged and avoid arching your back.
  5. Exhale as you press up, inhale as you lower.
