Instructions

  1. Anchor a band overhead (door frame, pull-up bar, or tree branch).
  2. Kneel or sit facing the anchor and grab each end of the band.
  3. Pull your hands down toward your shoulders, squeezing your shoulder blades.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with arms extended.
  5. Keep your core engaged and avoid swinging.
