Instructions

  1. Set the pulley to the lowest position and stand sideways to the machine.
  2. Grab the handle with the hand farthest from the machine, arm at your side.
  3. Raise your arm out to the side until it reaches shoulder height, keeping a slight bend in your elbow.
  4. Pause at the top and slowly lower the weight back to the starting position.
  5. Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning to generate momentum.
