Instructions

  1. Set the cable pulley to the highest position and attach a single handle.
  2. Stand sideways to the machine, grab the handle with both hands above your shoulder.
  3. Pull the handle diagonally across your body from high to low, rotating your torso.
  4. Control the motion through your core, finishing with the handle near your opposite hip.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and complete all reps before switching sides.
