Instructions

  1. Stand sideways to a wall about one metre away, holding a medicine ball at waist height.
  2. Rotate your torso away from the wall, loading your back hip.
  3. Explosively rotate toward the wall and release the ball at chest height.
  4. Catch the ball on the rebound and immediately load for the next throw.
  5. Complete all reps on one side, then switch to the other.
