Instructions

  1. Sit at the cable row station with your feet on the platform and knees slightly bent.
  2. Grab the handle with both hands and sit upright with your arms extended.
  3. Pull the handle toward your lower chest by driving your elbows straight back.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull and hold briefly.
  5. Extend your arms forward slowly to return to the start without rounding your back.
