Instructions

  1. Stand facing a sturdy box or platform about arm's length away.
  2. Drop into a quarter squat and swing your arms back.
  3. Explode upward, swinging your arms forward, and jump onto the box.
  4. Land softly on the box with both feet, absorbing the impact with bent knees.
  5. Stand fully on the box, then step down carefully and repeat.
