Instructions

  1. Attach a straight bar or EZ-bar to the low pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine and grab the bar with an underhand grip, arms fully extended.
  3. Curl the bar upward by bending your elbows, keeping your upper arms stationary.
  4. Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the bar slowly back to full extension without swinging your body.

  1. Coloca una barra recta o EZ en la polea baja de la máquina de cable.
