Instructions

  1. Attach a straight or V-bar to the high pulley of a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine, grab the bar with an overhand grip and tuck your elbows to your sides.
  3. Push the bar down by extending your forearms until your arms are fully straight.
  4. Squeeze your triceps hard at the bottom and hold for a second.
  5. Slowly return the bar to the starting position without moving your upper arms.

  1. Coloca una barra recta o en V en la polea alta de la máquina de cable.
