Instructions

  1. Attach a close-grip handle to the lat pulldown machine and sit with your thighs secured.
  2. Grab the handle with both hands, palms facing each other.
  3. Pull the handle down toward your upper chest, leading with your elbows.
  4. Focus on squeezing your lats at the bottom position and hold briefly.
  5. Control the weight back up to full arm extension without releasing tension.
