Instructions
- Stand on a box or platform about 30 to 50 centimeters high.
- Step off the edge of the box and drop straight down to the ground.
- Upon landing, immediately explode upward into a maximum vertical jump.
- Spend as little time on the ground as possible between landing and jumping.
- Land softly from the final jump with knees bent to absorb the impact.
