Instructions

  1. Stand on a box or platform about 30 to 50 centimeters high.
  2. Step off the edge of the box and drop straight down to the ground.
  3. Upon landing, immediately explode upward into a maximum vertical jump.
  4. Spend as little time on the ground as possible between landing and jumping.
  5. Land softly from the final jump with knees bent to absorb the impact.
