Instructions

  1. Sit on the machine with your back firmly against the pad and adjust the ankle roller to rest on your lower shins.
  2. Grip the side handles and keep your thighs flat on the seat.
  3. Extend your legs upward until they are almost fully straight, squeezing your quadriceps at the top.
  4. Lower the weight slowly back to the starting position without letting the stack touch down.
  5. Avoid using momentum; control the movement in both directions.
