Instructions

  1. Sit on the leg press machine and place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
  2. Release the safety handles and lower the platform by bending your knees toward your chest.
  3. Push the platform away by extending your legs, but do not lock your knees at the top.
  4. Lower the weight under control until your knees reach about 90 degrees.
  5. Keep your lower back pressed against the seat at all times.
