Instructions

  1. Stand on one leg with the other leg extended straight in front of you.
  2. Extend your arms forward for balance.
  3. Slowly lower yourself into a deep single-leg squat, keeping the extended leg off the floor.
  4. Descend until your hamstring touches your calf, maintaining an upright torso.
  5. Press through your heel to stand back up without using momentum.
