Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands at your sides or behind your head.
- Lower into a full squat, keeping your chest up and knees tracking over your toes.
- Explode upward from the bottom of the squat, jumping as high as you can.
- Swing your arms to help generate height.
- Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately sink into the next squat.
