Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your hands at your sides or behind your head.
  2. Lower into a full squat, keeping your chest up and knees tracking over your toes.
  3. Explode upward from the bottom of the squat, jumping as high as you can.
  4. Swing your arms to help generate height.
  5. Land softly on the balls of your feet and immediately sink into the next squat.
