Instructions

  1. Set the pulleys to the highest position and grab a handle in each hand.
  2. Step forward and lean slightly from the hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands downward and together in front of your waist.
  4. Squeeze your chest muscles hard at the bottom of the movement.
  5. Slowly let your arms return to the starting position in a controlled arc.
