Instructions

  1. Set the pulleys to chest height and grab a handle in each hand.
  2. Step forward with one foot for balance and extend your arms out to the sides with a slight bend in your elbows.
  3. Bring your hands together in front of your chest in a wide arc, squeezing your pecs at the center.
  4. Slowly return your arms to the starting position, feeling a stretch across your chest.
  5. Maintain the same slight bend in your elbows throughout the entire movement.
