Instructions

  1. Start in a standard push-up position with hands slightly wider than shoulder width.
  2. Lower your chest toward the floor with control.
  3. Push explosively off the ground so your hands leave the floor.
  4. Clap your hands together quickly in the air, then land with soft elbows.
  5. Absorb the landing and immediately lower into the next rep.
