Instructions

  1. Begin in a standard push-up position with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders.
  2. Lower your body toward the floor with control.
  3. Push off the ground as forcefully as possible so your hands briefly leave the floor.
  4. Land with soft elbows to absorb the impact.
  5. Immediately lower into the next repetition without pausing.
