  1. Start in a push-up position with your hands turned slightly outward.
  2. Lean your body forward, shifting your shoulders well past your hands.
  3. Keep your arms straight and your core fully engaged.
  4. Hold the leaned position for the prescribed time — your feet should feel light.
  5. Push back to the starting position and rest.
