Instructions

  1. Stand over the sandbag with feet shoulder-width apart and hinge at the hips to grab it.
  2. Grip the bag tightly, brace your core and flatten your back.
  3. Explosively extend your hips and pull the bag up to your chest, hugging it close to your body.
  4. Catch the bag at chest height and stand tall with your hips fully extended.
  5. Lower the bag back to the ground under control and repeat.
