Instructions

  1. Anchor a band at face height.
  2. Hold both ends with palms facing down and step back to create tension.
  3. Pull the band toward your face, separating your hands.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end position.
  5. Slowly return to the start and repeat.
