Instructions

  1. Hold a resistance band with both hands at shoulder width, arms extended in front.
  2. Pull the band apart by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  3. Extend your arms out to the sides until the band touches your chest.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Keep your arms at shoulder height throughout the movement.
