Instructions

  1. Set a cable pulley to upper-chest height and attach a rope handle.
  2. Grab each end of the rope with an overhand grip and step back to create tension.
  3. Pull the rope toward your face, separating your hands as they come toward your ears.
  4. Squeeze your rear delts and upper back at the end of the movement.
  5. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position, keeping your elbows high.
