  2. Jump your feet out wide, like the lower body of a jumping jack.
  3. Quickly jump your feet back together to the starting position.
  4. Keep your core tight and hips stable — avoid bouncing your hips up and down.
  5. Continue at a fast pace for the prescribed time or repetitions.
