Instructions

  1. Stand on one leg with a slight bend in the knee.
  2. Leap laterally to the opposite side, landing softly on the other foot.
  3. Swing the trailing leg behind the landing leg for balance.
  4. Use your arms to generate momentum, swinging them across your body.
  5. Immediately leap back to the starting side and continue alternating.
