Instructions

  1. Start in a quarter squat position with your arms tucked in at your sides.
  2. Explosively jump upward, spreading your arms and legs wide to form a star shape.
  3. At the peak of the jump, your body should form an X.
  4. Land softly with knees slightly bent, returning to the starting quarter squat.
  5. Immediately repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
