Instructions

  1. Stand between two dumbbells, squat down and grab one in each hand with a firm grip.
  2. Stand tall with your shoulders back, chest up, and core braced.
  3. Walk forward with short, controlled steps, keeping the weights at your sides.
  4. Maintain an upright posture throughout — do not lean forward or let the weights pull you down.
  5. Walk for the prescribed distance or time, then carefully set the weights down.
