Instructions

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and a kettlebell between your feet.
  2. Hinge at the hips, grab the kettlebell and clean it to the rack position at your shoulder.
  3. From the rack position, press the kettlebell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
  4. Lower the kettlebell back to the rack position under control.
  5. Drop the kettlebell back between your legs and repeat. Complete all reps on one side before switching.
